The device EA14D_LCD is based on an electronic evaluation circuit that analyses the measuring signals (P+, P-) of two external pressure transmitters. The main task is the calculation of the differential pressure that can be displayed and analysed. The signals of the external pressure transmitters can be shown separately for review. The evaluation unit allows two independent switching points to be set. Optionally two additional output signals can be made available. The external pressure transmitters are connected to the differential pressure evaluation unit via flexible plug connection lines. Only the supplied pressure transmitters may be connected. The nominal pressures of the external sensors and the basic measuring range are set ex-works and stated on the type plate. The unit works in two operating modes: differential pressure and 2-channel. The device can be used as a display and switching unit in combination with two external service sensors (0/4…20 mA and/or 0…10 V). The EA14D_LED consists of an electronic module and a pair of separated pressure transmitters. It is an intelligent multifunction instrument that measures and displays differential pressure and (optionally) transmits the measured value as a standardized 3-wire electrical signal. Its programmable limit detection functions enables it also to act as an accurate and versatile differential pressure switch. The electronic module converts the analog signals from the pressure sensors and then digitally processes the input values. Its microcontroller provides a high degree of user programmability and tremendous versatility. The electronic module computes the pressure difference, controls the module's digital display and limit signaling on-off outputs, and (optionally) produces a new analog signal output. The readings can be filtered, scaled, inverted, or linearized through a user-defined look-up table. The external pressure transmitters are connected to the electronic module through flexible signal cables terminated by plug-in connectors. Only the pressure transmitters supplied as part of the instrument set can be used. The pressure ratings of the pressure transmitters and the measuring range of the instrument are matched and factory calibrated and marked accordingly on the product identification label. THe EA14F is an intelligent multifunction level instrument that measures and displays level when connected to an NC54 or NC56 Capacitive Level Transmitter. The measured value can (optionally) be transmitted to the EA14F as a standardised 2-wire or 3-wire electrical signal. Its programmable limit detection functions enables it also to act as an accurate and versatile level switch. The electronic module converts the analogue signal from the level transmitter and then digitally processes these values. The microcontroller based EA14F has a high degree of user programmability, making it a truly versatile device. The electronic module computes the level, controls the local digital display and (optionally) produces a new analogue signal output. The measurements can be filtered, scaled, inverted or linearised through a user-defined look-up table. The EA14F can be programmed to display the value of either input or converted output signal. The input signal can be converted using its freely-programmable look-up table function for linearisation or conversion to derived units of measurement, e.g., %, m³, Kg, etc. The external level transmitter is connected to and energized by the electronic module through a flexible signal cable terminated by a plug-in connector. The EA14M_LCD can be used as a transmitter and display unit for measuring pressure. The device analyses a signal (current or voltage) that originates from an external transmitter. Fields of application include: differential pressure measurements in heavily soiled media, filter monitoring, filling level measuring, simple pump control systems, pump, compressor monitoring. This device is based on an electronic analysis switch that analyses the measuring signal of an external transmitter. The main task is to display and analyse the measured signal. Optionally, an output signal can be provided that is proportional to the input signal. The external transmitter is connected to the analysis circuit using a flexible cable with plug connectors which also acts as the power supply. Only the supplied transmitters may be connected. The EA15 is a measuring value display unit for measuring transducers with output signals for current and voltage acc. to IEC 60381. Up to four measuring transducers in two or three-conductor versions can be connected. The measuring signals of up to four connected measuring transducers can be analysed simultaneously by the microcontroller electronics. The configurable 2.8" touch display can display up to four measuring values at the same time. A configurable colour switch serves to present specific operating modes. Optionally, the device can be delivered with a data logger function. All parameters can also be set on the device via the touch display or (optionally) via a PC software. The measuring value display unit has a USB interface to which a USB stick can be connected for this purpose. For instance, the USB stick can be used to allow simple configurations to be exported to other devices. The PC software also allows a measuring point protocol. The EA16 is a measuring value display unit for measuring transducers with output signals for current and voltage acc. to IEC 60381. Up to four measuring transducers in two or three-conductor versions can be connected. Typical applications is a measured value display in clean room. The measuring signals of up to four connected measuring transducers can be analysed simultaneously by the microcontroller electronics. The configurable 3.5" touch display can display up to four measuring values at the same time. A configurable colour switch serves to present specific operating modes. Optionally, the device can be delivered with a data logger function. The processed input signals are converted into 2 or 4 configurable outputs. Parameters, such as activation and deactivation points, switching function or delay, are available for this purpose. The switching states are displayed with symbols on the display. The unit also has a Modbus interface and can be connected to a Modbus RTU network as a slave. All parameters can also be set on the device via the touch display or (optionally) via a PC software. The measuring value display unit has a USB interface to which a USB stick can be connected. For instance, the USB stick can be used to allow simple configurations to be exported to other devices. The EU41 is a temperature transmitter (4-20mA) for temperature measurement in liquid and gaseous media. They are used for signal processing of li-near resistors, thermocouples and resistance thermometers and are very easy to mount on a standard rail. Special fields of application are: food industry, heating, air-conditioning, ventilation technology, environmental engineering, process engineering, petrochemistry. The EU41 transmitter is configured for the respective task using the configuration set and a PC. The configuration can be done offline or on-line at any location. The EU41 is also available with a factory setting according to the specified specification (see ordering code). The configuration is stored in an EEprom.
